Mental Health Crisis Support in West London
Are you struggling, experiencing stress or had a life changing event?
Safe Space is a crisis alternative service that offers a calm, welcoming and warm environment for visitors to attend when in crisis. Our friendly staff will listen to you and help you get the support you need.
Our Safe Spaces opening hours are:
- Open daily from 2pm to 10pm, the last drop-in is by 9.30pm
- 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Across our Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing, and Hounslow branches
- Telephone services support is available till 10pm.
The service is provided in partnership with Hammersmith and Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow Mind. They can help by:
- offering face to face, telephone and video-conferencing support
- helping you with coping strategies in the moment
- providing a range of activities free of charge
- providing resources to take away
- connecting you with practical local services.
To use this service, you need to:
- be 18 years or over
- live in or access a GP or care for someone who lives in Hammersmith and Fulham to be able to access the Hammersmith and Fulham safe space
- live in or access a GP or care for someone who lives in Ealing to be able to access the Ealing safe space
- live in or access a GP or care for someone who lives in Hounslow to be able to access the Hounslow safe space.

- The Safe Space hubs are open from midday until 10.30pm (365 days a year).
- Drop-ins (appointments not needed) 3pm to 7pm.
- Planned appointments 7pm until 10pm.
