Children and adolescents
For non-urgent support the person should be supported to speak to their GP in the first instance. Routine+ (within 7 days) and routine (within 28 days) referrals can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, urgent referrals are not accepted via email and must be phoned through to the SPA.
Single point of access referrals
All adult referrals are now made through our single point of access.
Referrals forms should be emailed to wlm-tr.wlmhtSPA@nhs.net
We don’t accept faxes.
