Our Board has received the highest rating (green) for our leadership capability from NHS England, as part of their assessment of leadership for all NHS Trusts.
The assessment involved looking at different aspects of our Board's capability, including strategy, quality of care, people and culture, access and delivery of services, value for money and financial performance.
