The Trust's strategy
The health and care needs of our communities are changing, and as a Trust we’re making sure we’re ready to meet them. To do this, we’ve refreshed our strategy so it reflects what matters most to our patients, staff, and partners – and stays in step with the NHS 10-Year Plan.
Our refreshed strategy isn’t about starting again, but about building on the great work already happening across our services. It puts people, partnership, and continuous improvement at its heart – because the best care is created when we listen, learn, and work together.
Our 3 key priorities:
Our strategic priorities have been developed with key stakeholders, and are reflective and representative of the views and needs of our service users, carers, staff, leaders, and the wider diverse communities the Trust serves.
They are:
We prioritise the health, wellbeing and delivery of high-quality care for our patients and together we will create a great place to work, where people feel that they can thrive and are united by a culture of fairness and inclusion.
We are deeply rooted in our communities, working alongside patients, carers, and partners to tackle inequities and coproduce high quality services that improve experiences to get the best possible outcomes.
We are ambitious, building from a position of strength – relentlessly focusing on quality, value and getting our basics right – driving improvements through innovation and digital transformation.
