West London NHS Trust has launched a new animation to introduce and explain its refreshed Trust strategy. The plan is shaped by what matters most to patients, staff, carers and community partners.
The strategy helps the Trust prepare for the changing health and care needs of local communities, ensuring it stays aligned with the NHS 10 Year Plan. It also builds on strong foundations and focuses on creating the best possible experiences and outcomes across all services.
Putting people, partnership and improvement at the heart of care
The animation outlines the Trust’s three priorities for the coming years:
- Putting people first, by prioritising high-quality care, wellbeing, and a culture where staff can thrive
- Working closely with patients and communities, tackling inequities and shaping services together
- Excelling from strong foundations, using innovation, digital transformation and a relentless focus on quality and value.
The refreshed approach is based on feedback from service users, carers, staff, leaders and diverse local communities, ensuring it represents the views and needs of the people the Trust serves.
