Ward information
Our online welcome packs are designed to help patients and carers feel informed, supported and prepared during their time with us. Each pack brings together the key information you need in one easy place, from what to expect on the ward and how daily routines work, to visiting arrangements, mealtimes and the different types of support available.
Whether you're getting ready for a stay, supporting someone on the ward, or simply wanting to know more, these welcome packs are here to make the experience clearer and more reassuring. Explore your ward’s pack to meet the team, understand the environment, and find guidance to help you feel comfortable and confident throughout your care journey.
Our wards provide safe and supportive environments for patients who need assessment, treatment and specialist mental health care. These online welcome packs are designed to help patients and carers understand what to expect during a stay with us.
Each ward offers comfortable accommodation, shared spaces for meals and activities, and areas designed to support rest and wellbeing. Our teams work closely with patients and carers to create personalised care plans focused on recovery, independence, and a safe return to the community.
You may be cared for by both male and female staff during your stay on our ward. We will try to accommodate if you have a preference about the gender of the staff looking after you.
