Our Dispensaries are located at Broadmoor Hospital, Clayponds Hospital and St Bernard’s Hospital.
The pharmacy service supports staff, patients and carers to use medicines safely and effectively.
Our Pharmacy Team provides clinical pharmacy services across the Trust, including the following locations and teams:

- Community Rehabilitation Services
- Crisis Assessment and Home Treatment Teams (CATT)
- Ealing Community Partners

- Hounslow Care Homes and Community Partners
- Lakeside Mental Health Unit
- Mental Health Integrated Network Teams (MINT)

We do this by:
- Providing accurate and independent information about medicines to healthcare professionals, patients and carers
- Dispensing medications to support the management of medicines for inpatients and community teams
- Ensuring that medicine management resources are used effectively across the Trust
- Providing an in-house pharmacy with specialist pharmacists and technicians.
- Prescription reviews and optimisation with Advanced and Highly Specialist Pharmacists, who are Independent Prescribers.
- St Bernard’s Hospital Pharmacy provides clinical pharmacy services for the St Bernard’s site. They also provide dispensary services (individual patient medicines and medicines to take away) for the St Bernard’s site, Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health Unit (MHU) and Lakeside MHU.
- Broadmoor Hospital Pharmacy provides clinical pharmacy services for Broadmoor Hospital. They provide dispensary services for the Cassel Hospital and for all outpatient Clozapine Clinics. They work with West London Forensic Services to provide clinical pharmacy services for Cassel. They supply stock medicines to all the wards and teams across the Trust.
- Clayponds Hospital Pharmacy provides clinical pharmacy services and Dispensary services for Clayponds Hospital and Ealing Community Partners.
- The Pharmacy Teams based at the Hammersmith and Fulham MHU, Lakeside MHU and the community-based teams provide clinical pharmacy services and medicines management services for their sites and teams.
