A diagnosis of dementia can be devastating. Our services offer people diagnosed with dementia and their carers support from the point at which they’re first assessed.

Working with Dementia Concern, we provide advice, information and practical support to help people with dementia to live as independently as possible.

Our dementia link workers provide support and advice to families.  This often helps people with dementia stay in their own homes. And our monitoring and support service helps people with dementia who live are alone.

We provide a range of support services for people diagnosed with dementia, which also provide respite for carers.

We work closely with the Trust’s Older People’s Mental Health Services (OPMHS), who support patients with a range of mental health conditions, including dementia.
