Jubilee Ward is a specialist ward for people with dementia who require inpatient support based in St Bernard’s Hospital.
The ward aims to provide assessment and treatment to enable people with dementia to safely return to the community. The ward has a multi-disciplinary team of experienced and specially trained professionals who provide short-term care for people with dementia, who have significant needs which cannot be managed in the community.
Meridian Ward is based at the Hammersmith and Fulham mental health unit.
The Limes is a special care unit for people with dementia based in Southall and provides individual care with a focus on retaining quality of life.
The ward has a multi-disciplinary team of experienced and specially trained professionals who provide a longer-term programme of care to enable people to return to the community.
