The Trust has won a HPMA Award for Workforce Analytics.

The awards ceremony and dinner celebration was held in Birmingham on Thursday 1 December at The ICC: The International Convention Centre.

The Ward Hadaway Award for Workforce Analytics recognises how the analysis of workforce data delivers insight, which generates action, leading to better decision making and better business performance.

The effective use of our on-boarder and exit surveys with Great {with} Talent, and understanding our staff survey data, has transformed how we understand the needs of our workforce and has led to a range of improvements in how we induct new staff and provide for our workforce throughout their careers with us.

Ali Webster said: “Using data to really understand what’s important to people has enabled us to provide a range of interventions that we know make a difference.  A good example of this is staff telling us that feeling valued and appreciated was important to them and this led to the Praise eCard recognition platform being established alongside a range of other health and wellbeing provision.”

Well done to everyone involved.
