Ali Webster, Deputy Director of Organisational Development at West London NHS Trust, said: "Providing support and information to young people about career choices is essential in order for us to grow our workforce of the future. There are so many career choices and we want to ensure that careers in the NHS and at West London Trust are top of the choices of students living within our local communities.
