The Orchard Unit, Women's Forensic Services
West London NHS Trust, Women’s Forensic Services are hosting a Recruitment Open Day for passionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) & (Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) Band 5 Nurses at 10 am on Friday 24 June.
Experience in Forensic Services isn’t essential; but passion, commitment and drive with focus on delivering world class patient care is!
We’re passionate about the care that we provide to our service users and are looking for dedicated professionals to support the life-changing work we do.
Come and join us for the open day and enjoy talks and presentations from our most influential staff members; giving you a valuable insight into their profession, the Trust, and our Forensic Services. You’ll also get the opportunity to look at the service you’ll be working in, and hear first-hand about the services we provide from service users themselves.
At the Trust we understand that development and training is key to staff retention. Here we’ll support you at every step of your career progression, through specially designed courses that meet the needs of our dedicated staff members.
At the end of the first year working in Women Services, we will fully fund an appropriate degree course. You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in apprenticeship courses to enhance your opportunities, helping you to climb up the career ladder to clinical team leaders and ward manager level. You’ll get to meet some of our staff that have undertaken these development opportunities as they share their experiences on the day too.

Just complete an application form by Wednesday 22nd June to register your interest. Once we’ve received your application you’ll be invited to attend an interview on the same day as the open day, and if successful, make you a conditional offer to work in the Women’s Service. If you'd prefer not to be interviewed, just let us know on the day.
