NHS England / NHS Improvement has confirmed the appointment of Jaspal Dhillon as a Non-Executive Director at West London NHS Trust as of 1 July 2020. He will be replacing Neville Manuel who stepped down from the role earlier this year. Jaspal brings with him a wealth of experience that will help challenge the Trust’s existing strategy as well as providing constructive scrutiny to executives.

On accepting the position, Jaspal said:

“I am extremely pleased to accept the role of Non-Executive Director. The Trust values are particularly important to me. They represent the values and skills that I strive for in my career. I hope to add value to this Non-Executive position through my comprehensive experience.”

His knowledge across a broad range of industries such as the Financial Services, retail banking and the education sector will bring a new more dynamic approach to the role at hand.

Jaspal has seen first-hand how mental health and personality disorders can effect close friends and family. The positive support that health care services can offer service users attracted Jaspal to the role of sustaining these services for the future.

West London NHS Trust Chairman, Tom Hayhoe on Jaspal’s appointment:

“We are looking forward to working with Jaspal, his passion and desire for the role as well as his abundance of experience makes him a wonderful addition to the Trust.”
