Congratulations to Dr Omer S Moghraby who has been appointed as the chief digital information officer of West London NHS Trust.

Dr Omer is a consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist with extensive expertise in the NHS, and will be instrumental in supporting our digital and innovation ambitions across the Trust.

As well as his new role, Dr Omer is also a senior clinical advisor in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Digital Lab at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King's College London.

He was the former deputy chief clinical informatics officer and lead clinician at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and has served on the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Informatics Committee, leading on a number of major National Digital Mental Health programmes.
