There is less than a week left of the annual national survey on people’s experiences of using community mental health services. It closes on 28 November and people who have used our services in the last few months will have been invited to take part and give feedback on their experience in our care.

The survey is confidential, carried out by the Care Quality Commission, the regulator for healthcare services.

Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential. If you are selected to take part, your contact details (name and postal address) will be used by researchers to carry out the survey.

If you are invited to take part, please know that your perspective matters—whether your contact with our services has been frequent or occasional, every response makes a difference.
