The Trust is currently reviewing our Service User & Carer Experience group as well as our Partnership and Coproduction Strategy with the help of Futurebright Solutions.
Futurebright will work with service users, carers, peer support workers, staff and the wider community to deliver this work. Updates and validation points are built into the process to ensure that the review is an open and participatory process.
There are a number of phases to this work which will allow the team to build up a base of knowledge, identify what’s working well, and use emerging themes to take forward into workshop discussions.
Next steps in the review process are to:
- Validate the scope of work and approach
- Prepare questionnaires to share with memberships
- Set and promote meeting and workshop dates
- Continue introductions at meetings and forums
The aim is to complete this work by June 2022.
