The Trust is proud to congratulate Paula Betterton for winning an Unsung Hero Award in the Ancillary and Estates category.
Paula was nominated for her outstanding contribution to the Trust as part of the Facilities Team. As one of Trust's Driver Porters, Paula showed real initiative and responsiveness during the pandemic and has continued to support the team over and above what was expected of her.
Paula was awarded the Ancillary and Estates award on Friday 12 November at Manchester's Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel.
