Nearly 60,000 patients in Chiswick will now benefit from improved access to primary, community and mental healthcare in a modern new health centre.
West London NHS Trust, in partnership with NHS Property services, North West London Integrated Care System and Hounslow Council have officially opened the new Chiswick Health Centre, a £23m investment in modernising neighbourhood healthcare. The celebration welcomed Councillors from the London Borough of Hounslow, Andy Slaughter MP for Hammersmith and Chiswick, GP practice teams, and community groups, all of whom played a vital role in shaping the vision for the centre.
Located in the heart of Chiswick, this state of the art facility brings together a range of primary, community, and mental health services under one roof. The new centre brings together West London NHS Trust’s adult Physiotherapy, Podiatry, Audiology, and Talking Therapies services alongside three local GP practices; Chiswick Family Doctors, Chiswick Health, and West 4 GPs.

Speaking at the launch event, Dr Christopher Hilton, Chief Operating Officer for Local Services, West London NHS Trust said:
"We’re incredibly proud to officially open the doors to the new Chiswick Health Centre, a friendly neighbourhood healthcare space for the community. It’s truly heartening to see so many of our partners, colleagues, and local residents gathered here to celebrate this milestone together.
"This centre marks a step forward in bringing health care closer to home, making it more accessible and responsive to the needs of our community today and for future generations to come.”
Cllr Tom Bruce, Deputy Leader of Hounslow Council and Cabinet Member for Assets, Regeneration and Development, said:
"This modern facility not only offers a central hub for health and community services but also includes the provision of 55 social homes. Over £1 million in Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) funds were allocated by the Council to support the practical implementation and temporary relocation costs of this project.”
