On National Administrative Professionals Day, we are proud to shine a spotlight on the incredible administrative colleagues who keep our Trust running smoothly. Administrative roles are the backbone of the organisation, diverse, skilled, and essential workforce.
Maria O’Brien, Chief Executive, said: “Our administrative professionals are the steady hands and calm voices that keep our Trust moving forward. Their work may often happen behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere. Today we celebrate their dedication, their skill, and the vital role they play in helping our teams deliver outstanding care.”
To mark the occasion, we held an internal nomination competition for our administrative staff. Colleagues were invited to recognise and celebrate one another by sending personalised e‑cards via our Praise (a platform to engage and send electronic cards), a simple but meaningful way to say thank you.
