People living in North West London are invited to attend the first engagement event to be held on Monday 13 December 2021 at 1.30pm.
It will give people a first opportunity to hear the reasons why health and social care partners are carrying out the review and tell us what is important to them as we look to develop community-based specialist palliative care services for adults that provide high quality care and good patient experience.
The session is particularly relevant to people who have experience of community-based specialist palliative care services. The two questions we want people to ask us with are:
- What does good quality community-based specialist palliative care look like?
- What does good patient experience look like when receiving community-based specialist palliative care?
The event will be held remotely through MS Teams and consist of an introduction to the review followed by a Q&A where attendees will have the opportunity to give their views and ask questions of the panel.
Monday 13 December 2021, 1.30pm to 3pm.
