Due to Covid-19, this year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held virtually via Zoom for the first time.

58 people attended.

Members of the public and staff heard about the chief executive’s review of the year 2019/20, our financial overview and developments in local services.
A service user spoke about her personal experiences of mental ill health, recovering with the help of our services and making a long-hoped for return to nursing during the peak of the Covid-19 crisis.

The AGM panel took questions from attendees who wanted to know more about our financial situation; our patient engagement strategy; our digital approach to services; our approach to community mental health services; how we allocate money; and how many of our BAME staff occupy senior posts.
