West London NHS Trust has published its Annual Report and Accounts for 2019-20.

The report highlights a range of highlights and achievements from the year, including:

  • Our CQC rating of Good, with Outstanding for Caring
  • Our successful opening of the new Broadmoor Hospital
  • Our launch of Ealing Community Partners, to deliver community health and care services in Ealing
  • Our response to the Covid-19 pandemic

Carolyn Regan, Chief Executive, said:

“I’m proud of our focus on the quality of our services, on engagement and coproduction with service users, patients and carers, and our commitment to working in partnership throughout 2019-20. These are reflected in the Care Quality Commission’s overall rating of Good for the second year running.

The end of our year was dominated by the Covid-19 crisis. I’ve been struck by the dedication and professionalism of our staff through these unprecedented times. We will draw on these qualities as we enter a period of adjustment ahead so that local people have the safe, high-quality services they need.”
