If you gave your consent
We will be sending your referral to the alternative musculoskeletal service shortly (Healthshare Ltd).
If you did not give consent
You will remain on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as we are able to offer you an appointment. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to specify a time frame. (If you change your mind within 10 days of the date of your letter, please email: ealingcommunity.referrals@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and NHS number letting us know).
If you opted to end your referral
We will close your current referral. If, in future, you wish to access musculoskeletal services again, please discuss a new referral with your GP. If you have any further questions, please email ealingcommunity.referrals@nhs.net with your name, date of birth and NHS number.
