Vocational Recovery Services

The Vocational Recovery Services offers support to people who are under the care of an Ealing or Hounslow Recovery Team or the Hammersmith & Fulham Treatment & Recovery Team and are working toward their employment goals.

While everyone’s situation and goals are unique, here is an overview of the pathways available:

 Job Retention Pathway

For people who are currently in paid employment and are in need of support in relation to their employment situation.  Clinical Vocational Specialists work closely with clients to assess their circumstances in order to offer tailored support.

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Pathway

For those who feel ready to search for, apply for and enter paid employment.  Clients are supported by an Employment Advisor in the process of getting into paid work.  Employment Advisors also offer ongoing support once in-work

Work Experience Pathway

For those with a goal of entering paid employment who do not feel ready to take that step just yet. We work with clients in finding a suitable unpaid work experience placement in line with their employment goals aimed at building skills and confidence in the workplace.

The Vocational Recovery Services is a self-referral service.  Registration Forms to access the service are available via your Recovery Team .
