Celebrating staff who put our values into action

Emma Wadey - Quality Awards 2010We held our sixth annual staff awards on 25 November in recognition of exceptional individuals and teams who have shown an outstanding commitment to our values of togetherness, responsibility, excellence and caring.

The ‘Quality Awards: Values into action’ covers 10 categories, which recognise outstanding members of our staff and the best of our teams for their innovation, team work and contribution to patient care.

The special evening ceremony was sponsored by Capsticks, PA Consulting Group, Kier Health, WSP and Hoare Lea. Employee of the month winners from the past 12 months were also invited to the ceremony, together with staff from across the Trust.

The Quality Awards are a way of celebrating success and recognising people whose work may be hidden behind the scenes but is so important to the quality of care that our patients receive.
