Make sure your voice is heard

Time is running out to return responses to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) community mental health survey.

This is part of a national programme to improve quality of care and service users’ experiences. Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential.

If you have received a questionnaire from Quality Health (on behalf of the CQC) about your experiences of our services, please complete it and return it as soon as possible.

Your responses will be anonymous and will help us to see what we’re doing well and where we need to make improvements.
