The trust is taking part in a survey to ask patients about their experiences of inpatient mental health services.
This is part of a national programme run by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to improve the quality of care and service users’ experiences. Taking part in the survey is entirely voluntary and all answers are confidential.
If you were an inpatient between 1 July 2013 and 31 December 2013 then you should have received a questionnaire from research agency Quality Health (on behalf of the CQC) about your experiences of our services.
If you have received a survey, please complete it and return it as soon as possible.
The survey needs to be returned by 1 August 2014 for your views on our inpatient services to be included.
Your responses will be anonymous and will help us to see what we’re doing well and where we need to make improvements.
