29 May 2015
West London Mental Health Trust will be inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the week starting 8 June 2015 as part of a routine inspection programme.
Inspectors will be visiting various sites and speaking to staff, patients and carers.
They will be asking if our services are:
- Responsive to people’s needs
The inspection is about being clear and open about what we do well and what we need to improve.
We encourage patients and carers to share their views of services with the inspectors.
Your care will not be disrupted and it is your right not to have an inspector at your appointment if you don’t want to – just speak to a member of staff on the day.
You can also give your feedback to the CQC online at www.cqc.org.uk/public/sharing-your-experience or by calling 03000 61 61 61.
