The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will soon be asking people about their experiences of community mental health services.
This is part of a national programme to improve quality of care and service users’ experiences. Taking part in the survey is voluntary and all answers are confidential.
If you receive a questionnaire from Quality Health (on behalf of the CQC) about your experiences of our services, please complete it and return it as soon as possible.
Your responses will be anonymous and will help us to see what we’re doing well and where we need to make improvements.
