48-hour Tube strikes start 4 February

London Underground workers have voted for two 48-hour tube strikes, starting on 4 February.

The planned action in protest at the closure of ticket offices is expected to have significant knock-on effects to other public transport and road users.

If you are due to attend an appointment on any of these days, your journey may be affected so please plan for alternative ways to get to our sites.

Services will be affected from:

  • Around 9.30pm on Tuesday 4 February until the morning of Friday 7 February
  • Around 9.30pm on Tuesday 11 February until the morning of Friday 14 February.

London buses will be boosted on key routes and normal services will operate on overground trains. Some stations where there is an interchange with London Underground may be affected.
