Jubilee is an 18 bed ward that provides acute assessment and care for men and women over 65 who have mental health needs.
The ward is separated into male and female areas, each with nine beds. The ward offers single rooms, with a lounge and dining areas, and a garden for relaxation.
Occasionally, we may admit patients below the age of 65 if the team feels their needs are best met in this service. The aim of the service is to help patients become well enough to return to living in their local community, whether that’s in their own home or in a nursing/care home.
