Involvement register

The involvement register is a way for both service users and carers to become involved with us and to be paid for their contributions.

There are lots of different activities you could get involved in, including co-produced training, sitting on interview panels and sharing your experience and opinions in various committees and groups.
If you want to be paid for involvement, you will need to complete join our involvement register.
Simply complete the registration form and return it to a member of staff responsible for registration (see below).
You will also need to complete the bank details form and post to our finance department:

How we pay for involvement

We pay for involvement activities using BACS (bank automated clearing service) instead of cash.
BACS is an automated payment system, paying directly in to a bank account nominated by the patient or carer. It allows us to keep track of payments and means our staff don’t need to handle cash.
For some patients in our child and adolescent services we may still pay for involvement using cash or vouchers. This is managed locally by our CAMHS teams.
Not all activities involving patients and carers are paid. Please ask the person running the involvement activity for information.
