Service user, carer and public involvement is one of our priorities for improving the quality and effectiveness of our services.
In our local communities, involvement activities are supported by West London Collaborative, a community-led organisation that uses co-production techniques to help bring about change and improve health services.
We greatly value the views of all our service users and carers and we’re committed to using your experiences to improve our services.
There are opportunities to be involved in a variety of ways in all of the services for both service users and their carers (family, friends, partners). These include sitting on staff interview panels, giving opinions on service changes and reviewing strategy and policy/guidance, or even helping out at local events.
We will do all we can to make sure that you’re:
- Provided with quality information that meets your needs.
- Given with opportunities to feed back your experiences of the service.
- Offered training to help and empower you to get involved in Trust business in a way that suits you.
