About the service

The Pathways service is supported by Mind and aims to provide an independent and impartial information, advice and signposting service.

The service is a One-Stop-Shop providing a range of support, including advice on: 

  • welfare benefits
  • housing
  • debt management
  • access to other support services.

The Pathways Service works closely with the Primary Care Plus Service in Ealing. 

Self-referrals are accepted and referrals from the Primary Care Plus or Recovery teams and other health or social care professionals or carers with the patient's consent.
