Dear colleagues,

Welcome to Ealing Community Partners. We look forward to welcoming you as you transfer this summer and continue to deliver high quality services to patients across Ealing.

We know that you will be a great addition to our Trusts.

From the outset, we want to ensure that:

  • Your transfer is as smooth and simple as possible.
  • You have the information you need in the run-up to transfer
  • You have the equipment and practical support you need to do your job
  • You feel at home from your first day in your new Trust.

This page will be updated on a regular basis as one way of sharing key information about Ealing Community Partners, so please keep checking here for updates.

There will be more events over the next few months where you can get to know our staff and ask questions. You can also contact us via email.

Please do get in touch, particularly if you’re unclear or worried about anything.

We look forward to meeting and working with you.

Welcome from
Sarah Rushton

As Executive Director for Local & Specialist Services at West London NHS Trust, I would like to give a warm welcome to new colleagues who will be working with us.

I’m an Occupational Therapist by background and have been with the Trust for the past six years.

My area of responsibility includes local services, which covers the mental health services we currently deliver for residents of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.  Over the past four years, we have been increasing the range of community health services we provide.  Being chosen as preferred bidder to provide out of hospital services across Ealing is a significant development for the Trust in leading the delivery of integrated care for local people.

We very much look forward to working with new colleagues in our new integrated service line from next year and delivering the improvements which patients, carers and local people tell us they want to see.
