The patient advice and liaison service (PALS) is a free service where you can get advice and information about the trust.

PALS offer confidential advice, information and support. We can help you sort out any concerns or queries you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available from the NHS or other organisations.
PALS is for everyone, whether you use our services or care for someone who does.
We can’t offer counselling, diagnosis or any medical advice, but we can support you if you are finding it hard to access or understand any of our services.
