If you want to ask questions or raise an issue about the care being provided for your friend / family member, you can contact their care team, ward or team manager.
Ask the ward staff / team for a welcome pack which will have a list of useful contact numbers.
Call 020 8354 8354 and ask for the person you want to speak to, naming the ward or team providing care and treatment.

PALS (patient advice and liaison service)
PALS offer confidential advice, information and support to patients, carers, families and the wider public. This service can help you with any concerns or queries you may have about the care we provide, guiding you through the different services available from the Trust, NHS or other organisations.
