How we are run

The trust is run by the board, which is made up of executive directors, who work directly for us, and non-executive directors, who are not employed by the trust but do receive payment for the work they do.

Executive directors are responsible for the day to day running of the organisations, as well as its future direction.
Non-executive directors monitor what happens at the trust, making sure we perform at a high level and contributing to our development.
The chief executive is the highest position among the executive directors. The chairman leads the non-executive directors.
